		<description>I certainly agree with you Garrett...I find it important to know how my counterpart gets compensated (in general terms) as well. Are they incentivized on the partnership? Specific revenue? Specifc product targets? In what manner? etc. Most partner managers have some sort of incentive. Thanks.</description>
